Catalog

Programming, organized by who it is built for.

The catalog covers two program families today. Each has been operated, refined, and proven inside the source facility for over a decade. Catalog growth is deliberate. New families enter the practice only after the source has proven the program at home and the coaching pipeline is built.

GroupFit family

Adult group programming for mixed-fitness settings.

Three formats designed to fit a working day. Scalable to the new gym goer and challenging to the athlete who has been training for a decade. Built around the coach in the room knowing the material cold.

Class

GroupFit

A complete group-class methodology and programming framework. Strength, conditioning, and movement quality blended into a single group session that scales by participant. The framework produces classes; it does not script them. A class run on a Tuesday in February reflects the same standard as one run on a Thursday in October. The workout itself is not the same.

Population
Adult, mixed fitness level
Session length
30 to 60 minutes
Group size
Scales to room and coach ratio
Class

GroupStretch

Mobility, posture work, body tempering, and active stretching. Built for desk-bound populations and post-strength sessions. Sits cleanly inside a working day. Effective as a standalone class and as a programming complement to higher-intensity formats.

Population
Adult, all fitness levels
Session length
20 to 30 minutes
Common deployment
Midday and end-of-day slots
Class

GroupBreath

Guided meditation and breath work. Effective as a midday reset, as a wind-down at end of day, and as a programming complement to higher-intensity sessions. Designed to land inside a working calendar without disrupting it.

Population
Adult, all experience levels
Session length
15 to 20 minutes
Common deployment
Pre-meeting and end-of-day slots
PowerPrograms suite

Performance and developmental programming across age groups.

Programming that grows with the participant. Performance work for adolescent and emerging collegiate athletes; foundational youth programming for the age groups coming up behind them. Delivered to the developmental standard each age band actually needs.

Ages 13 to 18-plus

PowerAlpha

Strength and performance programming for high school and emerging collegiate populations. Sport-development structured. Built to handle the athlete training for a sport and the athlete training to train. Progression cycles oriented to in-season, off-season, and pre-season calendars.

Deployment
Individual programming and small groups
Coaching format
Coach-led; individual progression tracking
Ages 7 to 12

PowerKidz

Foundational youth fitness and movement skill. Built around the body literacy a young athlete carries with them through every sport, every age group, and every adult fitness practice they grow into.

Deployment
Group classes; small groups
Coaching format
Coach-led; play-anchored progression
Ages 4 to 6

PowerTotz

Early youth fitness and movement literacy. Coordination, balance, spatial awareness, and the early-language fundamentals of an athletic practice. Built for a population that is still figuring out how a body moves.

Deployment
Group classes with caregiver-friendly scheduling
Coaching format
Coach-led; high-touch instruction ratio
Ages 2 to 3

PowerSproutz

Toddler movement programming. The earliest age group the suite supports, built around movement, play, and the foundational habits of a body that learns by doing. Built with caregiver participation in mind.

Deployment
Caregiver-and-toddler group classes
Coaching format
Coach-led; caregiver-engaged delivery
Joining the catalog

Programs and modalities in development.

The catalog grows by selection. The following are in development with their source partners and join the practice as each completes source-facility validation and the coaching pipeline is ready to deliver.

Program · In development

Post-Surgical Programming

Programming for the post-operative return-to-activity window. Built for the period after clinical physical therapy ends and before a member rejoins a general training population. Movement progressions and load patterning calibrated to the procedure and the participant.

Program · In development

Recovery and Rejuvenation

A dedicated thread for active recovery, regeneration sessions, and the work that keeps a body resilient over a long training arc. Designed to sit alongside higher-intensity cycles as a programmed counterweight, not an afterthought.

Program · In development

Desk-Bound Programming

Aimed at the corporate-amenity population whose working day is spent seated. Targets the postural, mobility, and metabolic patterns desk work tends to produce, and builds a sustainable on-ramp into a broader training practice.

Modality · In development

Sports Massage Therapy and Complementary Bodywork

A separate catalog entry sitting alongside the recovery thread. Sports massage therapy and complementary bodywork modalities, licensed from Hands on Moxie Massage Therapy, available on appointment inside the facility as a recovery and tissue-care service. Particularly suited to operators building integrated recovery offerings inside a workplace amenity scope.

Deployment
On-appointment, in-facility
Catalog growth

New families enter by selection.

We add to the catalog when a creator's programming meets the standard the practice holds to: built inside a working facility, refined against live participants, and ready to deploy through a coaching pipeline we train. The bar is selectivity, not breadth.

If you are building boutique programming and looking for the apparatus to deploy at scale, we want to hear about it.
