A practice built on the way good programming actually works.
AmyBird Fitness Management LLC sits between boutique programming creators and the operators who run on-the-ground fitness facilities. The model exists because of an asymmetry that nobody had built a clean bridge for.
Boutique creators build great programs. Operators need them.
Boutique fitness creators with strong programming often lack the apparatus to deploy at scale. The class works in their facility, with their staff, in front of their members. It does not travel.
Operators procuring fitness amenity for hospitality groups, corporate offices, and enterprise wellness programs face the inverse problem. They run the room beautifully. They rarely have direct relationships with the people who build the programming they need.
AmyBird Fitness Management sits between them. Each engagement is built bespoke around the operator's room, population, and schedule. We bring the programming into a deployable form, train the coaching team to deliver it the way the source intended, and keep the content current as the source evolves. The operator carries the floor. The source carries the program. We carry the connection between them.
Nicole Bohince.
Nicole Bohince founded AmyBird Fitness Management and is the practice's principal. She is also a co-founder of Virtus Barbell, a 10,000-square-foot training facility in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, in continuous operation for over a decade and one of our foundational source IP holders.
The connection is structural, not coincidental. The catalog reflects programming Nicole helped build, deploy, and refine inside a working facility against thousands of live participants. She knows what the source material does because she has run it from the inside. That is the standard the consulting practice carries forward.
Coaching credential roster across personal training, performance coaching, corrective exercise, weight loss specialization, and youth development sits behind the catalog. Full coaching bios appear in individual engagement materials.
Intelligent Training, applied.
Every workout should serve a purpose the participant can name. Every cycle should build toward an outcome the participant can measure. Every coaching cue should improve the next repetition.
That is the underlying view that shaped the catalog at the source, and it is the standard we train every operator's coaching team to deliver. It is what separates a programmed session from a one-off class, and a coached session from supervised cardio.
The standard shapes a lot of small decisions that the gym goer never sees. The warm-up that primes the day's lift instead of running clock. The scaling option the coach names aloud so the new participant feels included instead of left behind. The notes a coach makes after a 1:1 session that surface in the next one. Programming that progresses instead of just rotating.
None of those are exotic. All of them are the difference between a facility that gets used and one that gets walked through.
The catalog grows by selection, not by accumulation.
Each program family we add has been operated, refined, and proven inside the source facility before it enters the practice.
We work with source IP holders who have built their programming inside their own facilities. The GroupFit family and the PowerPrograms suite are authored at Virtus Barbell. Additional content enters the catalog through our ongoing curation work with creators whose programming meets the standard the practice holds to.
